The salary for this position is between $235k to $365k. Qualifications 2-5 years of IP litigation experience involving trademark, copyright, trade secret, and false advertising litigation. Experience managing complex litigation and enforcement matters, including developing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and advising clients on legal risks related to technology development. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills; team focused. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
