Position Description:
We are seeking Autism Support Specialists, Behavior Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, you will work 1:1 with children to implement specific treatment plans designed to address their needs in behavioral management, daily living, social skills, and community integration. With training, you will ensure the child's safety and well-being. Key Benefits and Advantages (Full-Time): Work with a committed agency with a 20-year track record of service and advancement. Opportunities available throughout NJ/PA/DE, MA, VA, CT, and AZ! We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Required Experience and Education: Minimum of an HS Diploma or GED. At least one year of experience with children with disabilities. 6 months of ABA experience is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Note: For Pennsylvania applications, you must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role requires physical stamina, including standing, sitting, following protocols, pushing/pulling equipment, and lifting children (up to 50 lbs occasionally). Candidates must be able to engage with children on the floor, spend time crouching or crawling, and stand for long periods. About Us:
