The SPM will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a 300K SF multi-tenant light industrial portfolio in the San Diego market. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong financial and operational expertise, a background in construction management, and a proven ability to manage properties effectively. The SPM will be responsible for maximizing asset performance, maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
