to lead product and platform development for powder coating systems while supporting sales for the General Industrial Division. This role fosters a customer-centric, high-performance culture and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee
product and platform development
for
North America
and contribute to global initiatives. Support
business development , maintaining and expanding the customer base. Drive
regional growth , cost-saving initiatives, and
innovation . Manage
intellectual property
and ensure regulatory compliance. Optimize
cross-functional collaboration
and global technology transfer. Establish external
partnerships
to support
research and innovation . Promote
safety and efficiency
in lab and operational environments. Develop and manage
technical teams , ensuring talent growth and organizational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) 10+ years of experience in coatings, plastics, inks, or polymer development 3+ years of leadership managing laboratory teams across multiple sites Proven strategic leadership in cross-functional and global teams Strong data-driven decision-making and execution skills Knowledge of regional regulations, product stewardship, and GMP practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office & project management Preferred Qualifications: Six Sigma certification
or experience in
quality management Expertise in
Design of Experiments (DOE) & statistical software
(JMP, Minitab) Intellectual property & patent management experience Background in
