CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Job Type: Full-Time
Workdays/Hours:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:30am – 5pm
· 80 Hours of paid vacation, starting immediately.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service operations, ensuring seamless communication and support for our clients throughout their auction experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Answering all incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our auction processes.
- FFL Certificate Management: Proactively tracking and obtaining Federal Firearms License (FFL) certificates from customers and consignors as required.
- Consignor Audits: Conducting audits of consignor information and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with auction house policies.
- Payment Collections: Assisting in the collection of payments from buyers and coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely processing.
- Company Paperwork: Managing and organizing company paperwork, including contracts, consignment agreements, and other legal documents.
- Compliance Auditing: Ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding firearm sales and auctions.
- Customer Support: Providing comprehensive support to customers throughout the auction process, from consignment to final sale, addressing concerns and guiding them through necessary procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with auction coordinators, finance, and legal teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance customer service processes, implementing improvements, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- General knowledge of firearms is a must or willingness to take some classes.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably within a firearms-related industry or regulated environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationships is a plus.
