Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement assembly processes based on customer requirements, quality systems, financial plans, and labor considerations.
2. Manage the introduction of new processes, equipment selection, and project timelines.
3. Resolve issues related to quality plans, product design, manufacturability, and process steps.
4. Participate in adopting new technologies and automation to enhance efficiency.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process development and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, with 2 years in APQP systems.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, Android operations, and tooling.
• Proficiency in GD&T, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IATF quality systems and AutoCAD is a plus.
