Location:
Ideal candidates will be based in DC, Baltimore, MD, Virginia, Philadelphia, PA, or any NE location near a major airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Territory Managers in driving sales through case coverage, product in-servicing, and demonstrations.
- Communicate new business opportunities and product interests to the Territory Manager.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships within supported accounts.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics for customer evaluations.
- Perform product demos, customer education, and in-servicing.
- Maintain clinical knowledge in relevant disease states.
- Manage territory and develop selling skills.
- Control expenses and manage resources per BD guidelines.
- Maintain open communication with team members and management.
- Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
- Complete administrative duties accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a team environment, preferably sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change, analyze, and solve problems independently.
- Good judgment and maturity.
- Basic math skills and numerical comprehension.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Clean criminal background and ability to meet customer access requirements.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as per company policy.
- Ability to perform physical activities like sitting, bending, and occasional lifting of 10-25 lbs.
- Work environment includes home, hospital, or clinical settings with frequent travel.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of sales experience required.
Work Environment & Compensation:
BD values on-site collaboration, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in the office, with flexibility for remote roles. Salary range: $63,900 - $105,400 annually.
Additional Information:
This role involves supporting sales in women's health, with a focus on clinical knowledge, customer relationships, and compliance. Travel, vaccination, and background checks are required.
