Trade Up Specialist (BDC Experience Welcome To Apply)
As a Subaru Trade-Up Advantage Specialist, you will focus on identifying current Subaru owners who may be in an ideal position to upgrade to a newer vehicle. You'll build strong relationships with existing customers, explain the benefits of the Trade-Up Advantage Program, and guide them through an easy, transparent trade-in and purchase process. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to current Subaru customers who are eligible for an upgrade or lease renewal. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build repeat and referral business. Educate customers about the Trade-Up Advantage Program, vehicle options, and current promotions. Coordinate trade appraisals and work closely with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless experience. Meet or exceed dealership sales goals and customer satisfaction standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM. Assist customers throughout the entire buying process
from initial contact to final delivery. Requirements: Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or BDC preferred (Subaru experience is a plus). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer accounts. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
