Job Description:
- Provide quality care to home based clients and supporting schools
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor
- Collect and record data on client behavior
- Collaborate and communicate with team members
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
- Part-Time with the possibility of more hours
Job Qualifications:
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation to clients in Naperville and Bolingbrook
- Part time positions (7-13hours/no full time availability)
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous ABA experience and/or working with individuals with Autism
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
- Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws.

Physical Requirement:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry clients
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to handle various levels of aggression
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedules:
- Staff #1: 13 Hours
Monday- 2:30pm-5:30pm Bolingbrook Daycare
Tuesday- 3:30pm-5:45pm Naperville After School Program
Wednesday- 2:30pm-5:30pm Bolingbrook Daycare
Thursday- 3:30pm-5:45pm Naperville After School Program
Saturday- 9am-1pm Aurora
- Staff #2: 6.75 Hours
Wednesday- 3:30pm-5:00pm Naperville after school program
Friday- 3:30pm-5:45pm Naperville after school program
Saturday- 9am-12pm Naperville in home
