Core Responsibilities:
Greet clients in the sales and service departments and introduce BMW Genius services.
Explain product information, the benefits of vehicle features, and product performance to sales and service clients.
Assist sales team with test drives and delivery of sold vehicles.
Educate clients on the setup and use of their new vehicle’s technology.
Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction with their delivery process.
Accomplish goals and deadlines that support the delivery of vehicles, customer handling, and business growth.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Commitment to customer satisfaction: Consistently delivers world-class service.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively convey information to customers and dealership staff.
Technology proficiency: Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel usage, and the ability to easily adapt to new vehicle technology.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Hours and Work Environment:
We are open Monday through Saturday with work hours between 9am and 8pm. We ask that all applicants have open availability to work various shifts during these hours. You will be scheduled 40 hours per week and have two days off each week. This onsite position includes working in the showroom and outdoors occasionally.
