• Low-cost shared dormitory housing available for $65 / week, including utilities, wi-fi, on-site laundry, and communal cooking area

What will you do?

• Assign duties to scheduled dining room team members, monitor cleaning
• Perform service tasks and assist guests as necessary.
• Investigate and resolve situations regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Review work procedures and operational initiatives to improve service, performance, or safety; assist with team member training and compliance
• Manage labor and profit loss
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record keeping for shift

More about you

• No college degree required
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, accept challenges, and embrace new opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent customer service and employee relation skills

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk throughout shift.                       
• Possible exposure to secondhand smoke.
• Possible exposure to high volume of noise.
