This contract position in Meridian, ID, offers the opportunity to support K-12 students exhibiting mild to severe behavioral challenges. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct support to students within a school setting.
Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required OR
Bachelors degree in a related field with prior school experience
Experience working with K-12 students across a range of behavioral needs
Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect data accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with educators and clinicians
Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one or small group behavior support to K-12 students
Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under supervision
Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
Partner with school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
Location:
Meridian, Idaho (on-site at a K-12 school)
