Responsibilities:
Aid in the preparation and delivery of training materials. Assist in creating signage, collateral, mock-ups, email campaigns and online promotions. Assist in the distribution of marketing materials such as newsletters and invitations. Assist with organizing promotional events and campaigns. Assist with social media efforts, including monitoring trends and creating content. Data management, including updating spreadsheets, databases and inventories. Enter and manage contact information in contact management systems. Maintain tracking report of public relations activity. Perform administrative tasks that support marketing activities. Perform analysis of marketing and sales data. Prepare presentations. Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials, both online and offline. Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Adaptable and confident in handling multiple tasks, objectives, projects and deadlines. Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, with excellent interpersonal skills. Driven, hard-working and able to take direction. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in Canva is a bonus and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in project management. Highly organized and self-motivated. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Team player with a willingness to collaborate and learn. Additional Details:
This is an in-office role based at our Miami office, with occasional travel to other locations. Occasional after-hours availability may be required for special events or meetings. Regular, consistent and timely attendance. Benefits:
