About the Role
Are you seeking a leadership position with growth opportunities? We are looking for an experienced housekeeping manager to maintain our hotel's cleanliness standards. You will lead and train the housekeeping team, ensure high-quality cleanliness, and exceed guest expectations to foster repeat business. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, and is enthusiastic, reliable, and proud of their work.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas
- Hire, train, and lead the housekeeping team to meet cleanliness and service standards
- Document cleaning activities and report maintenance or damage issues to the front office
- Manage inventory and order supplies; oversee departmental budget
- Maintain and coordinate repairs for cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in housekeeping management (e.g., executive housekeeper, housekeeping director)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality or guest services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of environmental services protocols and equipment handling
- At least 3 years in a senior housekeeping role
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and customer service skills
Compensation
$18 - $20 per hour

Located at the junction of Routes 62 and 140, the laid-back Best Western Crater Lake Highway hotel is three miles from TouVelle State Recreation Site and six miles from Crater Rock Museum.
