Are you seeking a leadership position with growth opportunities? We are looking for an experienced housekeeping manager to maintain our hotel's cleanliness standards. You will lead and train the housekeeping team, ensure high-quality cleanliness, and exceed guest expectations to foster repeat business. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, and is enthusiastic, reliable, and proud of their work.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas
2. Hire, train, and lead the housekeeping team to meet cleanliness and service standards
3. Document cleaning activities and report maintenance or damage issues to the front office
4. Manage inventory and order supplies; oversee departmental budget
5. Maintain and coordinate repairs for cleaning equipment

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in housekeeping management (e.g., executive housekeeper, housekeeping director)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality or guest services
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of environmental services protocols and equipment handling
• At least 3 years in a senior housekeeping role
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and customer service skills

Compensation

$18 - $20 per hour

Located at the junction of Routes 62 and 140, the laid-back Best Western Crater Lake Highway hotel is three miles from TouVelle State Recreation Site and six miles from Crater Rock Museum.
