Territory Manager
to help lead the charge in the Raleigh-Durham area!
If you're a high-energy B2B sales professional with HVAC industry experience, this is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something big. With our newest branch in Apex, NC supporting you, youll be the face of Conklin to new and existing customers in a booming market full of opportunity.
About The Role
As a Territory Manager, youll drive growth by building strong relationships with HVAC contractors and sheet metal fabricators throughout the Raleigh-Durham region. You'll serve as a consultantnot just a salespersonhelping customers solve problems, increase efficiency, and improve their bottom line.
Youll have the freedom to own your territory, backed by 151 years of Conklins trusted brand and the full support of our sales leadership team.
What Youll Do
Visit 58 customers per day across your territory Develop strong customer relationships and grow wallet share Identify new business opportunities and drive organic growth Deliver exceptional service while offering solutions, not just products Stay ahead of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity Collaborate with vendors, attend trainings, and support customer education Be a true partner to our customershelping them grow their business while growing yours
What You Bring
5+ years of B2B sales experience (HVAC or construction-related preferred) Consultative sales style and strong relationship-building skills Track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Valid drivers license and clean driving record Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
