- Strong Data Analysis Skills and Capabilities with the ability to drive Analysis independently.
- Strong skills in writing complex SQL queries.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for data issues.
- Knowledge of Data Modeling and exposure to Data Modeling Tools is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to handle production issues.
- Experience working with ESS Business Teams and knowledge of ESS Business Terminology and Policy/Claims Data Elements.
