Position : Phlebotomy Technician (Phlebotomist)
Location : Lincoln City, OR 97367
Pay scale : $1400 Weekly gross
Shift : Day Shift
Responsibilities :
Collect blood specimens from patients using venipuncture or capillary puncture techniques.
Label and properly store blood samples for laboratory testing.
Verify patient information and maintain accurate records of blood draws.
Ensure aseptic and safe procedures during blood collection.
Interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner, addressing their concerns.
Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of specimens.
Requirements : Completion of a Phlebotomy Technician program or equivalent training.
Phlebotomy Technician certification.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in blood collection techniques.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control.
