Manager, Organizational Change Management

Boston, MA. *A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams’ weekly schedule. The Manager, Organizational Change Management is responsible for the methodology and strategy of how we execute change initiatives across the entire organization. This leader will ensure a change plan is created, executed and benchmarked for success. This role oversees all change management efforts and is responsible for a team who manages assigned projects and supports the business throughout the change process. What You'll Brew: Change Management
Coaching leadership on change management methodologies and best practices Manage identification of required leadership/stakeholder attributes and articulate the importance of leadership in an effective change process Act as change mentor to drive change initiatives Responsible for change management development efforts and resources, including change plans, change guides, presentations, etc. Apply change management process and tools to create and implement a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative Assess the change impact - conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change Support
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities based upon change initiatives Evaluate and ensure user readiness assessments Support project specific communication to leaders and end users - partner with internal communication team when applicable Prepare comprehensive change and workforce transition plans and programs, including strategies to support change and transition initiatives and leadership Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Other Responsibilities
Consult and coach project teams Manage stakeholders’ expectations Responsible for indirectly leading others Support training efforts - provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs (as needed) 30-40% travel required What Ingredients You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field Change Management Certifications Minimum of 8 years experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan Skills
Customer-service focused with timely responses to customer inquiries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of people/groups, internally and externally Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, adapt quickly to changes and the discipline to complete last minute requests as needed Ability to be a self-starter and work independently and the initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time Ability to follow through with open issues until resolved Excellent judgment is required to handle sensitive and confidential information Preferred Qualifications:
HR Certification and/or Project Management Certification Level: 5 At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $102,000 and $166,400. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
