Accounting Manager- Client Accounting Services

Job Summary:
Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) services include full-service CFO Advisory Services, controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage responsibilities for assigned CAAS transaction staff
- Oversee timely, efficient processing and accurate payment of vendor invoices
- Perform monthly accounting reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts for assigned clients
- Perform accounting system clean-ups
- Prepare month-end close for assigned clients
- Assist with financial reporting
- Participate in marketing events
Qualifications:
- B.S degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
- 1 year supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership skills to execute and build team success
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to manage priorities and workflow
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
