First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Branch Manager to join our University Branch! In this key role, you will be responsible for the sales/service activities, marketing plan, operating budget, profitability and operational integrity of the branch. You will provide overall leadership for the branch. The Branch Manager understands, communicates and works to achieve the mission of the Bank.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this role is: $60,000 - $73,500 per year; commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 5 to 8 years banking experience; and 5 years lending experience including commercial, consumer and real estate (depending upon branch, may be obtained concurrently) required Management skills Analytical skills Verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of banking products/services Business development skills Interpersonal skills Planning and Organizing Sales Ability
