- Tactical Transaction Advisory Work
- Provide high-quality Transaction Advisory Services that add significant value to clients.
- Manage client expectations effectively to deliver exceptional service across your portfolio.
- Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines are met and staff resources are optimally utilized.
- Work independently, efficiently and effectively
- Market and Business Development
- Drive new business opportunities and cultivate client relationships to foster growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts and referral partners.
- Positively promote the Firm within the community and through professional organizations and networking events.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend additional services to existing clients.
- Internal Administration
- Manage WIP and A/R for assigned clients to maximize realization and cash collections
- Assist with Firm administrative tasks for Transaction Advisory Services as needed (e.g.scheduling, sales pipelining, performance reviews, billing, etc.)
- Mentor and coach team-members to assist with professional growth and performance management
- Monitor and assesses team-member performance
- Provide team-members with timely, accurate, and constructive feedback regarding performance
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, developing, and managing Transaction Advisory Services team-members as assigned
- Encourage an environment within the Firm that promotes its core values
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA/MACC preferred
- CPA certification in good standing
- 7+ years of qualified work experience based in public accounting or related experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of transaction advisory experience, specifically Quality of Earnings experience
- Advanced computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate within teams, and contribute positively to the Firm's culture.
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 1 hour from home office.
