Candidates should demonstrate:
4-6 years of experience
Initial Architect’s License
A proficient sense of design and building technology
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Competency in the assembly and detailing for SD-CD document sets, Construction Administration, and in consultant coordination and management
Proficiency in the use of one or more 3D modeling programs for project delivery
Expertise in Adobe Suite
Proficiency in 3D visualization methods, workflow, and software or the management thereof (such as Lumion, V-ray, Enscape, Sketching, or Collage)
Commitment to and proficiency in sustainable design thinking
Proficient visual, verbal, and written communication with internal teams and competency in communication with external stakeholders
Proficient time management, competency and demonstrated ability to manage up, developing skills to manage design staff
A professional degree in architecture (MArch, BArch, or equivalent)
Candidates with previous experience or additional degrees in related or complementary professions (fine art, graphic design, engineering, preservation, planning, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
This position is hybrid, with a flexible in-office schedule requiring at least three or four days in the office/on job site based on team needs.
