Responsibilities
- Involved in Test Planning, Test Case Creation, and Test Execution using ADO.
- Lead and manage full lifecycle ServiceMax implementations, overseeing internal, partner, and client testers, with hands-on involvement when necessary.
- Support clients with integrations using middleware tools and standard SFDC components.
- Test ServiceMax methodology, process, and product.
- Integrate with Salesforce.com components, including APIs, APEX Web Services, Call Outs, outbound messaging, SSO, and data loaders.
- Work with middleware applications such as Cast Iron, Web Methods, and Informatica.
- Participate in sprint planning, Scrum meetings, and retrospectives.
- Review business requirements and prepare project estimates.
- Plan and perform system integration testing activities.
- Prepare daily test summary reports and review test logs and defects.
- Manage defects in ADO.
