Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Revenue Operations Analyst to support our Deal Desk and System Admin functions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role ensures the accurate and compliant processing of sales and proposal opportunities, directly supporting internal teams through every stage of the customer lifecycle. You will coordinate across internal teams to streamline operations, maintain critical systems, and drive efficiencies that enable our go-to-market strategy. You will also have a critical role in the onboarding and offboarding of QorusDocs customers.
What will you be required to do?
Responsibilities include:
Deal Desk & Opportunity Management
- Review, validate, and process sales and proposal opportunities in compliance with pricing and approval policies.
- Own end-to-end opportunity lifecycle management including CRM data entry, tracking, and reporting to facilitate forecasting.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Engagement, Professional Services, Proposal Management, Legal, and Finance to facilitate timely and accurate deal execution.
- Manage customer onboarding and offboarding, ensuring coordination across teams and systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Serve as a liaison between all GTM teams (Sales, Customer Engagement, Professional Services, Marketing), and internal teams to remove bottlenecks and streamline workflows and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automations to increase efficiency, deal velocity, and data accuracy.
- Support special projects and system integrations related to revenue operations and go-to-market strategies.
Systems & Tools Administration
- Maintain and optimize internal systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ChurnZero, Gong, SharePoint, and others).
- Review current systems and tools, recommend to the leadership team and implement new, AI-driven solutions to automate operational workflows and processes and enhance data analysis.
- Manage internal support tickets and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure CRM data integrity and support data hygiene initiatives.
Reporting, Training & Enablement
- Monthly revenue and commissions reporting for the Finance and Executive Teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline health, RFP progress, and key sales metrics, working with company leadership.
- Calculation of and reporting on sales and revenue teams’ commissions.
- Provide training and documentation to internal users on process changes, system enhancements, and best practices.
What experience and skills do you need?
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, ideally within a professional services or proposal/RFP-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales and marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred), and reporting platforms.
- Experience with system implementations, integrations and documentation preferred.
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particular MS Excel.
- Familiarity with AI and willingness to implement AI-driven tools and solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and data quality.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting sales cycles tied to service engagements, contracts, or proposals.
- This job is remote, candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the Seattle, WA area.

Compensation
- In the greater Seattle area, the annual salary range is $95,000 - $110,000.
- Salary is based on work location, experience, skills and education.
- In addition, we have a bonus plan, an equity plan and offer health insurance and a 401k plan.
