Mentor junior team members in data best practices
Automate reporting in a scalable way
Translate business requirements into data solutions
Produce cross-functional analyses to power product and business decision making
Iteratively develop team’s infrastructure to improve speed of insights
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Experience 7+ years of experience in data analysis or similar technical data roles
Experience with SQL and strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets required
Familiarity with BigQuery and Snowflake, data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Familiarity with Data Engineering concepts and processes
Experience within a digital media org is a plus
Experience analyzing performance across monetization channels
Ability to tell stories with data
Team oriented and collaborative with eagerness to help others
Aspiration to be challenged and learn
Self starter able to complete projects start to finish
Detail oriented
