StretchMed: Founded in Wellesley, MA in 2019, growing fast with 34 locations open, 20 more opening soon in 15 states, and 70 territories sold. Get In Shape For Women (GISFW): 18 locations open across 4 states, now relaunching with a redesigned studio and training model. We project $4M in gross systemwide sales and $2M in profit in 2026, with multiple additional fitness and non-fitness brands in development. Our goal is to go public via direct listing within the next 5 years, targeting $10M–$15M in total revenue at the time of listing. What You’ll Do Serve as the #2 in the company, reporting directly to the CEO Build, manage, and lead the HQ ops team (Project Manager, Process Manager, Controller, Legal, Marketing) Oversee all brand operations with brand-specific Directors of Operations Ensure operational excellence and SOP compliance via Airtable Build dashboards, KPI systems, and structured workflows Drive executional alignment as we prepare to go public $180,000 base salary 5% of profit (paid quarterly) $1,000,000 public listing bonus -$500K paid upon going public -$500K paid 12 months later (contingent on continued employment) COO Alliance Membership — sponsored annually by Everest (https://cooalliance.com/) In-office in the AIP Building, San Juan, PR (https://paulsonoffices.com) One full week of paid time off per quarter (4 weeks/year) Q4 week between Christmas and New Year’s Paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Friday, Christmas Day 7+ years senior ops experience (Director, VP, or COO) Background in franchising, multi-location, or ops-heavy business Proven ability to scale systems and teams Deeply operational, process-driven leader Based in PR or committed to long-term relocation (5+ years) Apply Now Only serious, senior-level applicants please.
