Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift
Location: Ixonia
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift at a manufacturing company in Ixonia. The primary responsibility will be performing preventative maintenance on machinery such as CNC, robotic welders, stamping, and punch presses. Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Pay and Hours
Pay: $30-38/hour
Hours: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, either 12pm-8pm or 2pm-10pm.
Job Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC, robotic weld, stamping, and punch press machines.
- Inspect drives, motors, and belts.
- Check fluid levels and replace filters.
- Remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLC controllers, and process equipment.
