Your Role: We are looking for a skilled Mill CNC Programmer to program, set up, and operate 3-axis and 3+1-axis CNC mills. This role requires precision programming and setup expertise to produce small and large batch components to exacting standards. What You'll Do: Program using Mastercam to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Set up and operate Feeler and Okuma mills (3-axis and 3+1-axis). Ensure quality control throughout the machining process. Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and processes. What You Bring: Experience: Proficiency in programming and setting up 3-axis and 3+1-axis CNC mills. Skills: Advanced knowledge of Mastercam and CNC operations. Attitude: Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to excel in a team environment. What We Offer: Pay: $40-50/hour, with flexibility for the right candidate. Schedule: Flexible day shift (start between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM). Benefits: PTO: Starts at 5 days/year, increases to 10 days after the first year, and grows to 15 days. Health Insurance: 70/30 employer/employee split. A positive and collaborative workplace culture.
