3 days per week onsite
in our
downtown Chicago
location and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering data-driven solutions across the enterprise. BI Architect Responsibilities: Design and architect complex BI solutions tailored to unique client needs Lead and mentor BI developers in creating high-impact reports and dashboards using
IBM Cognos Analytics Leverage data from
cloud-based platforms like Snowflake
to drive decision-making Write and optimize complex SQL queries Develop architectural documentation and best practices for BI environments Implement security protocols and role-based access controls Manage Cognos upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning BI Architect - Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in
Cognos BI development/architecture Expertise in
IBM Cognos Analytics (11.x or later) , including Framework Manager, Report Studio, and Dashboarding Proficiency with
Snowflake, Oracle , and SQL Experience with
Power BI, ThoughtSpot , and
React
is a plus Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling Strong JavaScript and CSS knowledge IBM Cognos certifications
