Senior Manager, Business Development - Fleet
As the Senior Manager, Business Development - Fleet you'll be the face of Curo for our commercial fleets, being solely responsible for managing and onboarding fleet partners. This role works hand-in-hand with our CEO to continue building the Curo platform :
This is a Business Development focused role, solely responsible for identifying and onboarding commercial fleets to park and charge at Curo Virtual Depots.
You will own our commercial strategy and partner development when it comes to onboarding new commercial fleet partners.
You will also be tasked with building new partnerships with Fleet Management Companies (FMCs) and Automotive Manufacturers (OEMs).
All alongside managing existing fleet accounts with Curo's amazing partners.
You will also work on broader marketplace strategy, iterating on the action of receiving new commercial fleet requests and filling existing Virtual Depot inventory.
At Curo, there is no task too big or too small and as an early stage startup, one day could look very different to the next.
Interact daily with partners - intently listen and thoughtfully learn how we can continue to solve our partners' problems.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or similar in either commercial fleet, OEM, Fleet Management or EV charging.
Skilled in the art of relationship building and overall communication - your verbal, written and presentation abilities must be excellent.
Have an extraordinary ability to hustle - there is nothing you won't do to support and onboard partners across the Curo ecosystem.
Be a team player that wants to grow, learn and take Curo to the next level in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You're obsessed with our customers, their feedback and experience.
Prior experience on a founding team is preferred but not essential.

Meet Curo
We're an 8 person startup on a mission to accelerate electrification, building the worlds largest network of private EV charging. We enable commercial fleets to lease EV chargers, helping them to electrify at a fraction of the cost and time. In tandem, we drive additional revenue to owners of EV charging and parking.
Building charging infrastructure as a fleet is expensive, takes a ton of time and in a lot of cases isn't possible. Conversely, ensuring a return on investment for EV charging and parking assets is really difficult. To efficiently scale, we need mass visibility, stakeholder management and collaboration ? enter Curo.
