LHH is partnering with a leading global consulting firm to hire a Campus Recruiting Coordinator for a 6–7 month contract role starting in August. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support the firm's campus recruitment efforts on a temporary basis.
Hourly Pay: $26–$30/hour based on experience.
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in campus recruiting and full-cycle recruitment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire college recruitment cycle for assigned business groups or teams
- Collaborate closely with internal HR partners, learning and development teams, and business leaders to align recruiting strategies with organizational priorities
- Analyze and present data-driven insights and regularly communicate findings to key internal partners
- Use a range of online tools to create candidate sourcing strategies, host virtual outreach activities, and engage with potential hires directly; also manage candidate flow through internal systems
- Act as the main liaison between the company, universities, and candidates—adapting outreach strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Keep applicant records current and accurate in internal hiring systems (such as Taleo and Yello)
- Arrange and manage interviews in various formats (phone, virtual, in-person), and provide backup support for any last-minute changes or on-site concerns
- Assist the recruitment team throughout all stages of hiring, from posting open roles to helping with new hire onboarding logistics
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early talent or university hiring post-graduation
- Willingness and ability to travel to client locations and offices as needed
- Flexibility to work extended hours during high-volume periods
- Must have U.S. work authorization; sponsorship not offered for this role
- Hands-on knowledge of recruiting platforms like Taleo, Yello, Handshake, Workday, or LinkedIn sourcing tools
