About the Role
This exciting position combines Instructional Design/Curriculum Development and Systems/Technical Training. Not only will you analyze, design, develop and implement web-based and instructor-led training for Canon software related products (uniFLOW, Therefore, PRISMA, etc.), but you will also deliver training in both a virtual and classroom setting. This position requires full-time presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.
Your Impact
Develop and deliver training to internal and external customers. Utilizing training feedback, deliver follow-up training seminars for internal and external customers through local classes, national training events, and dealer onsite training. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to improve and refine training program content. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to students to ensure the support professionals efficiently meet course requirements. Conduct dealer visits and discuss training needs on current training programs and systems. Identify new application features, and coordinate the information with other trainers and implement key initiatives. Participate in special projects and or special training events (such as the ATP Conference). Research, plan and evaluate the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures or methodologies through review and evaluation of detailed data.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience. Experience with Canon Software a plus, and delivering training via WebEx Training Center, Adobe Connect, VMWare, or similar virtual platforms preferred. Working knowledge of uniFLOW, uniFLOW online preferred. Strong analytical and communications skills and proficiency with MS Office applications. Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) Certification preferred. Knowledge of the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (IBSTPI) competencies. Network + Certification, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and Certified Network Administrator (CNA) or equivalent preferred. In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role; $76,150 - $114,040 annually.
