Ariat is looking for a motivated and collaborative Associate Manager, Brand Marketing to support the execution of our global marketing efforts for Ariat's Equestrian business. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate Ariat's Equestrian brand through events, partnerships, and digital and physical marketing.
This is a great opportunity for a professional with a strong equestrian background who is looking to advance their career in marketing. This individual will act as a subject matter expert and should have extensive experience at top-level equestrian events.
You'll Make a Difference By Leading integrated campaign briefs and calendaring, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand needs and feedback. Managing campaign asset development, working directly with the creative team and gathering feedback from channel owners as needed. Assisting in photoshoot planning, execution, and final photography selections. Consult on venue and talent selection, prop recommendations, and identifying retouching needs. Helping to drive global cross-functional alignment on products featured in photo shoots. Attend seasonal Equestrian photo shoots as subject matter expert (horses, tack, horsemanship, styling/product fit, props). Assisting with marketing communication, asset development, and execution for sponsored events, ensuring authentic, brand-right presentation. Providing advertising content for all sponsored events and partnerships including email, social posts, and digital and print media. Acting as the Equestrian social liaison, collaborating with social and partnership teams on marketing stories, calendaring, and athlete/influencer inclusion. Advising social and partnerships teams on product selection for influencers and athletes, sharing key pieces to align with product and content strategy. Partnering with the wholesale sales team to identify and drive retailer support for top accounts. Briefing and managing development of product packaging and in-store materials. Reviewing and approving photography and copy for authenticity and accuracy including seasonal photography, packaging, in-store materials, and site content. Attending regular meetings with Ariat Europe to align on strategy, upcoming campaigns, and key stories. Assist AE with ad hoc marketing projects and asset needs. Gathering competitive insights from the equestrian market including marketing activations, site experience, and event presence. Share insights and recommendations with broader marketing team. About You
Equestrian background required. Must have competed or have extensive experience at top-level events, such as working with a top rider or barn. 2+ years of business experience. Marketing experience a plus. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A driven, collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to learn and adapt. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new platforms, such as Airtable and Workfront. Experience in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle industries a plus. About Ariat

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
