Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at the check lane.
• Handle various payment methods and adhere to company policies regarding tenders, coupons, and loyalty offers.
• Understand and follow guidelines on cash limits, restricted sale items, and pricing discrepancies.
• Follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by assisting with questions and providing excellent service.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company guidelines.
• Work effectively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Support customers with special needs, minors, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
