Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Job Description The Catering and Suites Sales Manager, Oracle Park, will work closely with the Premium Director to generate and maintain new business in all premium stadium areas to meet or exceed budgeted revenue goals and to ultimately aid in conducting a successful event. The Sales Manager will be part of a team who sources, follows up and generates leads for selling functions on behalf of Oracle Park.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting returning events and one-time opportunities
Maintaining and developing client relationships
Responding to customer inquiries
Developing proposals and contracts
Maximizing revenue through up-selling and enhancements
Working with event planners to manage the entire event experience

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years in hospitality, with catering or banquets experience preferred
Experience in stadium or social markets
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of menu planning and food presentation
Experience in banquet and event operations
Ability to handle multiple tasks creatively and proactively
Leadership qualities and decision-making skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
