Director of Marketing & Admissions Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage all admissions and marketing efforts for the facility
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, referral sources, and the community
Guide prospective residents and their families through the admission process with professionalism and compassion
Maintain census goals through effective outreach and marketing strategies
Represent the facility at community events and professional networking opportunities
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all admission paperwork and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming admission experience
Director of Marketing & Admissions Qualifications :
Prior experience in healthcare admissions and/or marketing (nursing home or long-term care setting required)
Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid and insurance guidelines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Professional, warm, and empathetic approach
