Are you a passionate *Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)* looking for an opportunity to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are seeking a skilled *Respiratory Therapist* to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

*Your Role & Responsibilities:*
Perform *routine & complex respiratory therapy procedures* for patients of all ages Operate *acute care ventilators* for short & long-term mechanical ventilation Accurately *document treatments* and update patient care plans Maintain compliance with hospital policies & safety standards Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
*What You Need to Succeed:*
*Education:* Vocational/Technical or AMA-approved *Respiratory Care Program (Associate’s Degree); Bachelor’s preferred* *License:* *Florida State CRT License (Certified Respiratory Therapist)* *Certifications:* *BLS (AHA) required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire* *Physical Requirements:* Ability to *stand, bend, squat, kneel, and reach* frequently
*Schedule:* Full-time *Nights (Rotating Weekends)*
