We’re hiring *Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs)* with *CVOR & Open Heart Surgery experience* in *Largo, FL*. If you have expertise in *VV/VA ECMO, heart failure, valve procedures,* and more, this is your opportunity to work with a *leading surgical team* and gain specialized experience.
*Compensation & Benefits:* * $2,000–$2,220 per week (negotiable) * On-call: $17/hr | Call back: 1.5X base pay * Guaranteed 36 hours/week * Day 1 benefits (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) with company match
*Job Requirements:* * Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Must be certified by a recognized body * 2+ years of multi-specialty surgical experience * BLS certification * Locals & travelers accepted * Must live within on-call response time * Applicants must have at least two years of current surgical tech experience in the United States.
*Job Responsibilities:* * Assist in complex cardiovascular procedures * Ensure efficient, sterile surgical environments * Maintain professionalism and adhere to infection control protocols
