Job Title: Channel Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Channel Marketing Manager to support our global Distribution marketing efforts. This role will work closely with the Channel Marketing Manager, who leads our Distribution strategy, to execute marketing programs that drive partner enablement, demand generation, and brand alignment across our distributor ecosystem. This is a key contributor role that will help scale marketing impact through strong collaboration, program execution, and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Distribution Channel Marketing lead to develop and execute integrated marketing plans with key distributors across regions.
- Manage day-to-day execution of co-branded marketing campaigns, partner communications, and event support.
- Coordinate the development of enablement and demand generation assets tailored for distributor needs. Track marketing activities and partner performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Support the planning and execution of distribution-focused partner events, webinars, and launches.
- Maintain strong cross-functional alignment with Channel Sales and Field Marketing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in channel or partner marketing roles.
- Experience supporting distributor or partner-led programs in a high-tech or cybersecurity environment is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across global teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua), and partner portals.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Additional Information:
- Channel Marketing is route to market - meaning selling through channel partners
- Role is different in that they are working directly with partners to build “go to” market. (This should be straightforward.)
- What the manager wants to see in the resume – It talks about channel marketing, executing campaigns, working with distributors and partners. Collaboration, managing, executing. Someone who is a “do-er”.
