Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift:
Nights Pay:
$40.86 - $63.33 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Full time night shift RNs are eligible for UCHealth's night shift incentive pay program upon completion of orientation. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 1 year of nursing experience. Must promote to Charge Nurse III within 3 years of promotion to Charge Nurse. NCC or ATCN within 6 months of hire; ENPC within 6 months of hire; CPI within 6 months of hire. Certifications required: Registered Nurse Trauma Nurse Core Course Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course Crisis Prevention Intervention PALS Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS:
BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be valid through sixty days of hire. Your Role: Provide exceptional direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Focus on wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice. Serve as a mentor to new team members and healthcare staff. Embrace continuous learning in a dynamic clinical environment. Ensure safety and quality at the point of care. Emergency Department Duties: Render direct care at the Emergency Department level, including level 1 trauma care.
