Are you ready for a new challenge to be a key contributor leading the finance and accounting divisions? Superior Choice Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Chief Financial Officer who can provide clear direction and oversight of their financial portfolio and reporting results to the President/Chief Executive Officer. The new leader will provide a visionary approach to the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's finance and accounting divisions, providing profitable goals and objectives. Exceptional organizational and communication skills while working in collaboration with the executive staff to ensure financial controls are in place and compliance with federal, state, local, and regulations, including generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and cost accounting standards (CAS). In this role, the Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for direct oversight, producing the annual budget and forecasting reports, and working with external auditors to promote the organization's strategic initiatives. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, plus a minimum of eight years of financial services experience in a leadership role as Chief Financial Officer, is required.
