Under the supervision of the Director of the Division of Trauma Recovery Services and in collaboration with the NATRC Senior Adviser, the NATRC Executive Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the administrative, operational, and training aspects of NATRC. This role requires knowledge of the UCSF Trauma Recovery Center model, understanding the needs of violence survivors in underserved communities, and experience in leading diverse teams. The Executive Director will work to ensure NATRC's sustainability through grant writing and fundraising efforts, and collaborate with government leaders, policymakers, and advocacy partners to expand the network of Trauma Recovery Centers nationwide. Currently, there are 54 TRCs in 13 states, with plans to expand to at least 66 TRCs in the coming years. The position involves strategic planning, national advocacy, and policy development to benefit NATRC's communities.
