Sales Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is in
Des Plaines, IL 60018. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description: - $21 - $22/hour based on previous experience.
- Full-Time, On-Site in Des Plaines, Monday - Friday, normal business hours.
- Process data & perform calculations for incentive compensation quarterly payouts including SPIFs
- Support quarterly analytics related to incentive compensation
- Support monthly business planning meetings through data analysis
- Assist with documentation of incentive compensation process and calculations
Qualifications: - HS Diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Power query, Power pivot, Advanced calculations)
- Problem-Solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with DOMO and/or Power BI is highly preferred, but not required.
- Previous work with incentive compensation programs is also highly preferred.
