Senior Civil Engineer – Roads and Highways

We’re looking for a transportation-savvy civil engineer to join our growing public infrastructure team. This is your chance to lead impactful projects, mentor up-and-coming talent, and help communities across Minnesota through better, safer, smarter roadway and highway designs.

A degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
4+ years of civil or transportation engineering experience with some experience with roads and highways
Current Professional Engineer (PE) license
Familiarity with MnDOT or local Minnesota agency processes, standards, and design requirements
Experience delivering transportation projects in Minnesota
Proficiency with design software like Microstation, Civil 3D, GEOPAK, or OpenRoads Designer (ORD)
