Job Title: Senior Estimator - Private Works
Salary: 160K - 190K
Location: Livermore, CA - Must be willing to commute or relocate Summary: Estimator-Private Works in Livermore, Ca must have 10 to 20 years plus HCSS estimating experience Water, Sewer ,Storm Drain Underground Construction. Works from Livermore office. Must have worked for a Contractor.
Core Competencies: Project Management and Coordination: Delivering complex projects efficiently and effectively.
Demolition: Expertise in safely and responsibly removing structures.C oncrete: Proficient in concrete construction for various applications.
General Construction Management: Overseeing all aspects of the construction process.
Earthwork: Skilled in preparing land for construction projects.
