As an
Account Coordinator, Client Services , your core function will be twofold: assist the client services team in the management of a roster of clients and provide clients with a successful SimioCloud experience whilst maximizing SimioCloud revenue. You will ensure a successful experience where the client achieves, or improves upon, their marketing goals and objectives through their engagement with SimioCloud's products, services, and associates.

Your Impact: Assist in providing solutions to clients' marketing challenges via the strategic use of SimioCloud products and services. Maintain communication with clients, or their agents/representatives, colleagues, and other stakeholders for the sake of fostering prosperous long-term relationships. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. Participate in marketing strategy meetings with clients and other stakeholders. Monitor and comprehend key performance indicators of clients' marketing efforts and recommend solutions that improve them. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client dialog and interactions, objectives, and billing information. Perform market research and assist in the creation of promotional materials including presentations and collateral.
Your Profile:
Proficient in the use of SalesForce, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office applications or related software. Excellent communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
