Who You Are:
As a Client Advisor at Brunello Cucinelli, you will play a crucial role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests and prospective customers. This position is essential to our brand, supporting the Store Manager in reaching sales targets and operational goals. Client Advisors are brand ambassadors who embody the Humanistic philosophy of Solomeo.
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to foster guest loyalty through a memorable in-store experience.
Maximize sales opportunities to achieve and surpass individual sales goals, converting one-time shoppers into long-term clients.
Proactively address customer service issues by finding meaningful resolutions and exercising best-in-class service.
Continuously improve product knowledge to enhance sales and utilize company resources to understand our product assortment.
Stay informed on current marketing and promotional activities.
Embody the brand's aesthetic and philosophy, acting as a true brand ambassador.
Assist the Store Manager with operational tasks, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and inventory management as needed.
Support the Store Manager in maintaining consistent inventory levels to prevent loss.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld and assist with floor sets as required.
Apply business acumen to understand store operations, product assortment, and growth opportunities.
Build strong relationships with colleagues across our stores and corporate partners.
Demonstrate reliability and integrity in all interactions, adhering to company policies.
Foster teamwork and celebrate collective accomplishments.
Seek constructive feedback to enhance performance and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Deep affinity for the Brunello Cucinelli brand and its philosophy.
High School Diploma required.
1-3 years of experience in elevated retail or hospitality environments.
Exceptional customer service and networking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds without assistance.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
