Our client is seeking to add a Solutions Architect to manage enterprise client relationships, oversee the deployment of new and existing environments, provide expert support, and resolve complex technical queries. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business goals and technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance and proactive support. Plan, coordinate, manage, and support the deployment of new and existing enterprise environments. Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within scope, and meet client expectations. Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including engineering and product, to deliver seamless solutions. Provide advanced technical support to enterprise clients, resolving complex technical issues in their environments. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement long-term solutions. Document and communicate resolutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar role, with a focus on enterprise clients. Strong knowledge of networking, system architecture, and enterprise-grade technologies. Experience with deploying and managing environments in enterprise settings. Familiarity with security concepts, including HSMs, PKI, and key management. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex support scenarios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
