$110,000–$135,000 DOE + Loan Forgiveness

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Regional Clinical Director licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD, PhD). This full-time role provides strategic clinical and operational leadership across four Bay Area locations—San Francisco, San Mateo, Hayward, and Concord. The RCD oversees local Clinical Directors and Operations Managers to ensure clinical excellence, contract compliance, and staff performance across programs serving post-sentenced adults.

LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD – Regional Clinical Director Responsibilities:

• Maintain a small caseload (10–15%) to ensure clinical continuity
• Provide direct clinical services as needed and offer licensure supervision
• Lead weekly meetings with Clinical Directors and Operations Managers
• Monitor clinic performance through stand-ups and site visits
• Ensure productivity, staffing, and schedule alignment with contractual goals
• Lead regional audits, QA reviews, and support clinics during stakeholder visits
• Collaborate with state and agency partners to resolve service or compliance issues
• Conduct training and professional development for clinical teams
• Recruit, hire, and manage clinical and administrative staff
• Model and promote a high-accountability, mission-driven culture
• Lead company-wide leadership meetings and initiatives

LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD – Regional Clinical Director Requirements:

• Active CA license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (minimum 2 years)
• 5+ years post-licensure clinical experience
• 3+ years of clinical or administrative leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of BBS /BOP regulations, Title 9, and documentation standards
• Experience with CASOMB or state-contracted behavioral health programs preferred
• Proven ability to lead across teams and drive results
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills
• Must pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check
• Submit TB test results and COVID-19 vaccination documentation
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to San Francisco 94103, San Mateo 94401, Hayward 94541, Concord 94520
