Job Description
Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Blood Bank
Job Specialty: Blood Bank
Job Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, alternating weekends
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Blood Bank
License: Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist issued by NYSED
Certifications: BLS preferred

Must-Have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in a Blood Bank
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in English (speak, read, write)

Job Description:
- Work hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, including alternating weekends and holidays
- One-hour break each day
- In-person interviews required
- Provide expert support and perform essential laboratory tests and blood bank activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all laboratory protocols
- Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals in an acute care setting
- Utilize primary source verification to ensure proper licensing
- Deliver high-quality patient care and laboratory services
